The Website is intended solely to provide general educational information and guidance that our Users may find helpful to track their overall wellbeing; however, every User is different, and you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether such information or advice is right for you. Our Services are not a substitute for any healthcare evaluation or treatment; you should consult your doctor or other medical professional for all healthcare evaluation and treatment. You are not required to disclose specific medical information about yourself. Any information that we obtain from you is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BellAge, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or another other use of the Website, including, but not limited to any use of the Website’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, or your use of any information obtained from the Website.

    15.    Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
